Using the battery in mobile gadgets
General rules for battery operation:
All original or AAA copies of batteries are protected against overcharging due to the presence of 3 controllers. Such products are designed for excellent work for eighteen months. Or 500 charge/discharge cycles, after which their capacity becomes twenty percent less every year. To properly use the battery, it is necessary to fully discharge it. The battery reaches its maximum capacity after 3-4 charge/discharge cycles. To increase the service life and capacity, at the beginning, the battery must be completely discharged before the next charge. It is recommended to charge when the phone is turned off. 1. To increase the service life of new NiCd and NiMH batteries, as a rule, they are delivered in a discharged state, so it is necessary to fully charge the battery before use. The battery reaches its maximum capacity after 3-4 charge/discharge cycles. This rule is also valid for Li-ion batteries, but they are delivered already charged. 2. To increase the service life and capacity, NiCd and NiMH batteries must be fully discharged (in the phone or charger) before the next charge. It is recommended to charge the battery after the phone turns itself off due to low battery when left on. It is recommended to charge when the phone is turned off. 3. If for some reason you do not have the opportunity to completely discharge the NiCd or NiMH battery before charging, do it later. And do full discharge/charge cycles at least twice a week. 4. It is very convenient to have a spare battery. This will allow you to constantly bring the NiCd or NiMH battery in the phone to full discharge and thereby increase its service life. In addition, you will be insured against accidental breakdowns and will not have to charge the battery if it suddenly stops working in the middle of the working day. 5. Do not leave the battery in cold or warm places, such as in a car in winter and summer or near a radiator. A phone with an overcooled battery may temporarily stop working, even if it is fully charged. Try to store the battery at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C (limiting temperatures for NiCd or NiMH batteries are from -20°C to +45°C and from 0°C to 45°C for Li-ion). 6. Do not charge a warm or cold battery. Wait until it warms up to room temperature. The optimal temperature for charging is 15-25oC. 7. The working time with a charged battery depends on its actual capacity, the intensity of phone conversations, the distance that separates you from the base station, the operating mode and the ambient temperature. 8. Use the chargers that came with the phone or purchased from your mobile operator specifically for your battery type.
